Mediation as a resolution for your separation or divorce
Mediation is a structured, iterative process.
A trained, impartial third party assists two or more people in resolving conflict through open communication and negotiation. This allows participants to better understand each others needs, rights and interests. The focus is constructive discussion to help the parties find their optimal solution.
Family mediation is highly effective in positively managing:
- Blended families
- Cohabitation agreements
- Pre / post nuptial agreements
- Co-parenting
To learn more about us, our process and to assist in determining which service or package will be optimal for you, we encourage you to take advantage of our free 20 minute information consultation
“Separation and divorce should not be more costly than the wedding. Ultimately it’s the children who pay. Lawyers and law firms don’t always see it that way. Modern Divorce is the wiser place to start. They are expert, efficient and focused on what matters most for all concerned. Unless you’re LOOKING for a fight. Then go straight to a law firm. You will get all the fight you can afford, and probably MORE than you can afford. You won’t be better off, but the lawyers will do real well.” – GLO
