Offering Calgary-based concierge mediation services.
Mediation services are not ‘one size fits all’. Because of this, we offer a concierge experience to help you move into your future. There is a better, gentler way to restructure a family. We can help.
“I just wanted to say a big ‘thankyou’ Beth for doing a wonderful job getting us through the writing of our papers. You were invaluable to me as a mediator, and am so very grateful the process is (almost) done.” – SO
Susan Dedeluk, B.Sc, RFM
Susan is a Registered Family Mediator who is passionate about helping families move forward in the best (and least combative) way possible.
Susan began her mediation career in 2002 with Alberta Justice, assisting families in provincial court as a Mediator, Family Court Counselor, and Caseflow Coordinator. Recognizing the need for accessible mediation for families hoping to avoid legal processes, court, and excess costs, she began Modern Divorce in 2012.
Since then, Susan has worked with hundreds of couples, helping them negotiate and draft the terms of their separation agreements while simultaneously improving their communication and co-parenting relationships. Recently, her focus has shifted to working with clients one-on-one, helping them to prepare for (and supporting through) a separation.
Susan has a special interest in assisting in the early stages of separation, using her experience and expertise to help people discuss and examine different possibilities for their future.
Susan also offers support to stepparents and blended families as they navigate the special challenges associated with combining families.
